Design

After consultation, we use the latest computer-aided design programs to bring your idea to life. We build a 3D graphical model that then undergoes a thorough review process to meet your complete satisfaction.

Cutting, Sewing, and Assembly

Next, we convert the 3D model into a template we can build from. We create paper patterns then head to our cutting table. Our electric rotary cutter is designed specifically for cutting fabric. A single pass with the cutter will cut multiple layers of fabric at once and give identical pieces, perfect for assembly. The next step is to sew the panels together. From there, we augment the designs with graphics elements.

Fly

Once the balloon is complete and certified, it is ready to fly and be enjoyed by crowds all over the world!

Adams Shapes are typically built under an FAA Special Airworthiness Certificate (Experimental Category - Exhibition). This is the most expedient method for FAA approval and serves the needs of most of our customers. If you need a Standard Airworthiness Certificate, we can accommodate that request, but the process takes a little longer.

Printing Services

Adams is proud to offer printed designs on our state of the art, high definition fabric printer. Beautiful colors and tac-sharp images can be achieved by using this technology. The possibilities are endless and exciting!
